The UHC team focuses on developing management and leadership skills in healthcare professionals at all levels.
Since March 2021, together with partners, we have managed to conduct and launch a number of educational projects — from dozens of training sessions to a “mini-MBA” and a master’s program in “Healthcare Management” at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
Our webinars, lectures, courses, and programs have been attended by hundreds of representatives of management teams of medical institutions, local governments, higher medical education institutions, public and international organizations, doctors, nurses, and civil servants.
The UHC team disseminates relevant information and helps acquire skills in governance, financing, economics, management and communications in the healthcare sector. This is how we help the Ukrainian healthcare system grow and build its potential.
